Roy Anderson Corp offers Design-Build Delivery in cases where the client seeks to contract with a single entity to minimize project risk and reduce the delivery schedule by overlapping the design phase and construction phase of a project. This method allows our clients a single point of contact for all facets of design and construction. Roy Anderson Corp assumes the responsibility of engaging and contracting with the architect and other design professionals.

In actuality, there are only minor differences between Design-Build and our most common delivery method; negotiated with preconstruction services. In both cases, the contractor is engaged early in the design phase of the project in order to allow for cost control and owner consultation through the design phase. The distinct difference between the two involves the contractual association among the owner, contractor and architect.
