Project Description
This renovation and expansion included the reconstruction of 10,000 steel/aluminum bleacher seats with a new brick and stone exterior. The bleachers were coated with an anodized aluminum which gives them a high end finish. A 104-ft-wide x 49-ft-tall video board and two 30-ft x 50-ft video boards were installed. An additional 112 new toilets and 56 concession points of sale were added. The south end zone was transformed from an unused space underneath the existing stadium, into a high end Field Club for patrons. This included providing a new storefront and sliding glass wall system which provides guests with exclusive access to the field for an up-close game experience. Other items included kitchen, audio visual and parking upgrades. This project was completed in 9 months in order to open for the next football season.
