Three residential buildings each five-stories contains 954 beds with double occupancy rooms with private baths. Amenities include 19 student kitchen/lounges, laundry facilities, 24 study rooms, the Luckyday Citizenship Hall and a 7,000 sf Luckyday Citizenship Scholars Program office. Included in this facility is the Moffitt Health Center, a 13,665 sf full-service student health clinic. This project is the largest construction project in the history of Southern Miss to date and has LEED Gold Certification.
