This student housing facility consisted of seven stories of concrete framed construction with a  partial basement, a large open courtyard area with decorative paving and seat walls, bus and bike shelters, and a new central plant with separate cooling tower enclosure. The exterior skin of the building includes light gauge metal framed exterior walls with brick / stone / stucco veneer, decorative columns, storefront, custom designed aluminum windows, and asphalt shingle roofing. The building interior contains 259 fully functional student apartments and houses  approximately 980 students. Common areas include a large game room with kitchen and classrooms on the seventh floor and a smaller living room and kitchen located on the first floor.
