Renovation of the 40-year-old John W. Dixon Hall student dormitory required the complete interior and exterior demolition and renovation of the seven-story concrete structure. All windows, mechanical and electrical systems were replaced, and two existing elevators were fully modernized. Dixon Hall houses 300 students in semi-private suites and two resident directors in private suites with full kitchens.
