This Construction Management at Risk contract is for preconstruction and construction services. The new facility will provide ship to storage receiving conveyor systems, vertical storage capability (12 silos 40’ wide x 139’ tall and 3 silos 65’ wide x 159’ for total capacity of 220,000 tons of ilmenite ore and coke) and storage to rail or truck load out conveyor systems. This project includes all civil work, mechanical work, structural work, electrical and all other work systems to provide a complete, full and operational facility.
