This project consists of a hotel, parking garage and casino addition. The 21-story, 300-room hotel contains a coffee shop, lounge area, office space, spa and exercise area with a connector to an existing casino. The 490,000 sf, 5-level, 1486-space poured-in-place concrete parking garage has a connector to the casino. The 231,000 sf addition to the existing gaming facility incorporates more gaming space as well as multiple restaurants and lounges. Ancillary spaces for the operation of the casino consist of offices, conference rooms, restrooms, storage spaces, gaming commission, auxiliary bank and count room. This contract also includes reworking the existing site, reconfiguring drainage, parking areas, installation of new roads, sanitary sewer, domestic water and fire water lines adjacent to the operating casino.
