Situated on 19 acres next to Louisiana Boardwalk Shopping Center, the resort features a 30,000-square-foot single-level gaming floor with more than 1,300 slot machines and 46 table games as well as the Margaritaville trademarked “It’s 5 O’clock Somewhere” bar. The project included a 396-room, 18-story hotel with 2500 sf of meeting space, a modern fitness center, elegant spa and a tropically landscaped pool deck complete with pool, Jacuzzi, entertainment area and outdoor dining and bar area. There are multiple dining venues including a spectacular 325-seat buffet, a 400-seat entertainment filled Margaritaville Restaurant and a riverfront fine dining seafood and steak restaurant. There is also a 900-seat state-of-the-art performance hall, complete with VIP balcony room where headline entertainment will perform in a unique, intimate setting and also serves as a nightclub.
