This project consisted of a 160,000 sf casino complex and a 1,000-plus-space surface parking lot. Amenities include a buffet, casual restaurant, express food venue, and an entertainment bar with an indoor/outdoor deck. Back of house offices and support facilities, a multi-function room and structural provisions for a future 200-plus room hotel were also included in the project.
