Project Description

Upon completion, this 340,000 sf gaming complex was the world’s largest dockside casino. This resort includes 150,000 sf of gaming area, seven restaurants, two live entertainment barges, three luxury hotels, a convention center, Kids Quest and a championship golf course with clubhouse. The seven-story, 200-room luxury hotel located adjacent to the casino features 70 luxury suites and an indoor  pool and spa. The Grand Veranda six-story, 600-room luxury hotel is located in the heart of this 2,200 acre resort and contains extensive use of custom wood trim, marble flooring, stone and other high quality finishes. The Grand Terrace Hotel is a seven-story luxury hotel with 594-rooms, spa, meeting space and a pool.
