A Design-Build restoration for a building on the National Historical Register. Complete restoration of this 3-story building included complete demolition of existing spaces, full interior buildout and upgrades to interior utilities including replacement of HVAC, electrical, chilled water, and fire suppression systems. The building received new windows and exterior skin along with a new roof. Structural repairs were complete through the use of Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymers and structural steel from the crawlspace thru the attic. The project included removal of approximately 6,000 sf of mastic/tile removal and 200 lf of pipe insulation. The exterior skin required lead/asbestos abatement.
