This 3-story office building has an exterior window wall system with sunscreens, metal panels and granite stone. The exterior façade of the building has several visual lines, which correspond to the metal panels and the granite fascia. The visual lines had to be consistent from point to point all the way around the building. These exterior lines correspond to visual interior lines and finishes. The building is comprised of high end finishes including aluminum handrails, terrazzo flooring, granite walls, custom carpets and ceramic tile with two fountains in a courtyard. This project also included a 282-space parking lot.
