This storm recovery program was intended to repair or reconstruct single-family housing and single-family rental units which were affected by the October 5, 2015 flood and rain event. The program was specifically designed to assist low-income South Carolinians who required assistance in the repair, replacement or reconstruction of their damaged homes.
