This LEED Gold Certified, Class A office building is a cast-in-place, concrete frame building designed with a nine-story glass curtain wall and a limestone and GFRC cladding system on the first two exterior floors. The grand lobby has a 30-ft ceiling with highly articulated fixtures and an elegant water feature. Structural load bearing metal stud walls were prefabricated and delivered to the site.
