This 6 story, 126 room hotel was built in the Renaissance Center, in Ridgeland, Mississippi. It was the first Hyatt Place built from the ground up in the Southeast on a structure of concrete deck with load bearing metal studs. Each room has complimentary Wi-Fi, an innovative Hyatt Plug Panel™ that allows guests to connect their own entertainment media to the television, including laptops, MP3 players, DVD players or any other portable device. The hotel offers an architecturally innovative arrival area where guests are greeted by a Gallery Host as well as two self-registration kiosks, an intimate coffee and wine café and bakery. It is complete with an indoor heated swimming pool, fitness room and 2,100 square feet of meeting space. The exterior is simulated stone and EFIS.
