The new 3-story headquarters of the Mississippi Employment Security Commission has an exterior that consists of major window wall system with sunscreens, metal panels and a course granite stone. The exterior façade of the building has several visual lines, which correspond to the metal panels and the granite fascia. The visual lines had to be consistent from point to point all the way around the building. The visual lines of the exterior also correspond to many of the visual lines of the interior design and interior finishes. The building is comprised of various high end finishes including aluminum handrails, terrazzo flooring, granite walls, custom carpets and ceramic tile with two fountains in the courtyard areas. This project also included a parking lot with 282 spaces.
