This Class A office building is a cast-in-place, concrete frame building designed with a nine-story glass curtain wall and a limestone and GFRC cladding system on the first two exterior floors. The grand lobby has a 30-ft ceiling with highly articulated fixtures and an elegant water feature. Structural load bearing metal stud walls were prefabricated and delivered to the site. This architecturally significant building with its vast array of services has played a central role in the rejuvenation of downtown Jackson. The Pinnacle is a LEED Gold Certified building making for an elegant yet environmentally-friendly office building. It also features The Storytellers, a limestone sculpture depicting three notable Mississippi writers, as well as an outdoor plaza and green space.
