The Miskelly Distribution Center has 100,000 square feet of floor space. A “super” flat concrete floor was placed. The distribution center has the capacity to store 400,000 square feet of furniture with the furniture storage racks. The executive office area was constructed on the 26,000 square feet mezzanine level.
