This 11-story Hilton hotel contains 224 rooms with an attached 6-story parking garage. The 276,000 square foot facility is complemented by a 3,942 square foot ballroom and a luxurious 5,000 square foot restaurant. The 11th floor holds a swimming pool, health club and lounge. The hotel has a reinforced concrete/post-tensioned structure with an EIFS skin. What made this project special was the limited site access and staging area. This hotel was constructed surrounded by buildings on three sides and facing a busy street. The negotiated project was completed in 16 months
