This CMa residence hall project consist of three buildings totaling 222,000 square feet. The West Building is 64,000 square feet, the North Building is 83,000 square feet and the South Building is 75,000 square feet. Combined there is a total of 820 beds. All rooms, have individual thermostats, bathrooms en suite, as well as single rooms with a private bathroom. Study rooms, and student lounges are located on each floor and each building has a kitchen and laundry facility. A central green space/courtyard ties the buildings together. The buildings are structural steel, metal frame, metal roof and light weight concrete. The primary exterior materials are masonry, Stucco with glass-fiber reinforced concrete.
