The negotiated project included a four-story Medical Office Building with an atrium and food court shell along with a four-story, post-tension concrete parking deck. The 95,500 square foot Medical Office Building has a steel structure with a herringbone pattern brick façade. Both structures are supported by piles and pile caps.

The Medical Office Building will contain numerous Doctor’s offices adjacent to the four-story, 6,500 square foot atrium. A 12,500 square foot food court shell connects the MOB with Memorial Hospital at Gulfport. The 121,600 square foot parking garage can hold 285 vehicles.
