Based on a competitive bid, Roy Anderson Corp was awarded the five-story Greenway Village Care Center. Designed as a 148,000 sq. ft. facility with 80 individual living apartments and 44 personal care units, the building has a structural concrete and structural steel frame with an EIFS exterior. The facility includes a commons building known as Main Street which includes dining rooms, library, fitness center, creative arts center, billiards room, card room, computer business center, convenience store, beauty salon and barber shop.
