This 55,716 sq. ft. project is a three-story, steel frame Medical Office Building with a brick veneer and aluminum curtain wall exterior, and 1-inch silicone glazed insulating glass. Located in the building is an Oncology Suite, Physical Therapy Suite, and an X-Ray/Lab Suite on the first floor. The remaining floors were completed as individual physician office suites.

The five-level, 157,009 sq. ft. precast parking garage will have 430 spaces with two elevators and  stairwells. The garage also has brick veneer at each end.

Located at the north end of the site is a green area with various planters and an arbor with seating underneath.
