After Hurricane Katrina swept over the Mississippi Gulf Coast, RAC mobilized onto the IP property to repair and enhance their Biloxi Resort. Work included reconstructing the pavilion, player’s club, hotel VIP registration, retail, valet, baggage and back of house offices based on a new design. It also included demolition of the existing buffet on the 2nd level and complete reconstruction based on new design. In addition, all 3 levels of the casino were remodeled and new finishes installed. The spa, 3 floors of suites  and 32 (a fine dining restaurant) were also remodeled.

Additions to the property included a state of the art circle bar named Chill, a sports bar, a casual restaurant, a Brazilian Steak House,  and an Asian Restaurant

This project was awarded a Mississippi Associated Builders and Contractors Merit Award for Commercial General Construction over $15 million.
