South Mississippi’s first barge dockside casino was constructed 83 days after the arrival of the barge on site. This project included both land based and floating facilities. The gaming/barge area is 48,000 square feet and the land area 68,000 square feet. Two restaurants, lounges, public and retail areas, and a 100-space RV park compliment this resort.

The 14-story resort hotel features 292-rooms including 46 Junior and 9 Executive Suites with beautiful views of the bay as well as the resort’s Arnold Palmer Championship golf course and “The Bridges” Clubhouse.

Other amenities include 30,000 square feet of meeting space, exercise facilities and the Spa at the Bay. The Jourdan River Grille is a 160-seat restaurant with New Orleans décor including brick and wrought iron accents and murals of jazz greats Ella Fitzgerald and Duke Ellington. The lobby and rotunda features a hand-made Mexican fountain.
