Roy Anderson Corp was the general contractor selected to provide construction services for the Performing Arts Center in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. There are three auditoriums in this facility. The Tatum Auditorium seats an audience of 274, the Woods Mini-Proscenium holds 84 people. This 82,000 sq. ft. structure consists of two floors. The first floor is structural concrete and the second floor and roof are steel frame with modified bitumen built-up roofing. The exterior veneer is masonry and pre-cast. The facility is used to house the School for Theater and Dance.
