South Beach Resort and Spa features cutting edge design and vibrant colors provide a retro feel reminiscent of South Beach, Miami. The development consists of 101 residences on 9-floors boasting quaint floor plans, contemporary finishes and private terraces.  

The reinforced concrete and masonry structure will rise to a height of 99’-6”, lending itself to become a benchmark of Biloxi beachfront construction. The exterior of the structure will feature a crisp, white stucco finish that will provide contrast to the blue impact resistant glass windows and glazed mosaic tile.

The first two levels will provide 30 parking spaces as well as warm and inviting elevator lobbies that welcome guests to the property. The third level will include a spacious sun deck area that features a cabana bar, spa, club room, café, and an exercise room that has state of the art fitness equipment.
