Phase I of this development includes three 10-story condominium towers. Each tower has 45 units and are approximately 117,000 sq. ft.

Phase II is an additional 10-story luxury condominium tower with related amenities. This tower consists of a ground floor parking level and 9 residential levels including 54 units, a 1,178 square foot pool and pool house.

The 10,000 square foot Caribbean-inspired golf clubhouse includes a full-service restaurant and bar with an outdoor pavilion overlooking the course, full-service pro-shop and private member-only locker rooms.
