This project consists of two 13-story towers on top of a 5-story, 1700-space parking garage. The towers have a total of 281 units which range from 1,075 to 2,600 square feet. The lobby features 22-foot ceilings with solid hardwood flooring in a combination of cherry, maple and American walnut with a hand-crafted 15-foot brass compass inlaid in the entryway floor.

Other amenities include 45,000 square feet of retail space, a Spa, fitness center, Kids Club and Arcade, a 8,700 sq. ft. conference center, state-of-the-art business center, and grand ballroom. The multi-level pool deck features an outdoor pool, heated/cooled indoor pool, children’s play area, multiple bars, and hot tubs. Onsite restaurants and entertainment venues include New Orleans’ famous Pat O’Brien’s Restaurant and Bar, Commander’s Palace, Water Grill and The Lighthouse.
