D E T A I L S

This 19,000 square foot, 2-story building towers over the Port of Gulfport at 70+ feet above sea level. This cast-in-place concrete structure with steel superstructure is perched above a large deck. The building has many windows and opposing roofs and is enclosed with cement board siding for durability. It encompasses meeting rooms, a large private restaurant with full bar, and a dramatic ballroom with cathedral ceilings overlooking the seascape of the Gulfport Harbor.
