A negotiated project, this six story, 139,000 sq. ft. office building has approximately 112,000 sq. ft. of leasable space. The Comstock has a concrete frame with an exterior skin consisting of EIFS, stone and glass. Another attribute to this structure is its single level below grade parking garage. It took 10 months to complete this office building project and was completed within the planned schedule.
