The Eglin Special Forces Complex includes construction of a Tactical Equipment Maintenance Facility, Group Support Battalion Oil Storage, Group Support Battalion Organizational Equipment Storage Building, Group Support Battalion Logistics Facility, Washrack and associated building site work. The project is constructed of pre-engineered metal buildings and includes approximately 85,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space, office space, maintenance bays, parachute storage, drying tower, vaults, and storage space. The associated site work includes concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalks, storm drain systems, water distribution systems, sanitary sewer systems, approximately 42,625 sq. ft. of asphalt paving, approximately 370,000 sq. ft. of concrete pavement, traffic markings, traffic signage, bollards, fencing, site lighting and mechanical enclosures.
