D E T A I L S
This 3-story, 40,000 square feet steel framed office building will have an exterior stucco on a steel stud backup. The roof will be a low-slope membrane with a metal screen wall to hide roof-top mechanical equipment. The interior finishes are typical of a Class-A office building. Two passenger elevators will serve the upper floors. A new access road, entry drive, parking lot and landscaping are included in the scope of work.
