Wilson Jones Regional Health Systems chose to negotiate with Roy Anderson Corp for this project which consisted of a 5-level, 255,875 sq. ft. parking garage and a 5-story 138,913 sq. ft. medical office building. This two part design-build project is located approximately 60 miles from downtown Dallas.
The medical office building includes an ambulatory care unit, a radiology center, a morgue facility, a pharmacy with a drive-through, food court, and the finish out of all physician offices. This structural steel facility has a brick, burnished block and glass facade.
The 779-car parking garage was built from pre-cast concrete and completed in nine months.
The Parking Garage won an “Award of Merit—Concrete Project” in the Best of Awards for Texas Construction Magazine.
