D E T A I L S
This project consisted of a joint training complex for the Coast Guard and Marine Corp. Phase one included clearing, grading and installing utilities and roads on the 28-acre site. Phase two work included the construction of 5 buildings:
· Training Pool and Pool Building (19,035 sq.ft.)
· Boat Maintenance (18,200 sq.ft.)
· Academic Building (15,024 sq.ft.)
· Armory (2,950 sq.ft.)
· Headquarters Building and Boat Shelter (6,552 sq.ft.)
