The Emerald Grande at HarborWalk Village is a world-class luxury resort destination located at the heart of the Destin, Florida Harbor. This resort contains two 13-story towers with 281 total units. Units range in size from 1,075 to 2,600 total square feet. Layouts include 4 bedroom/4 baths, 3 bedrooms/3 baths, 3 bedrooms/2 baths, 2 bedrooms/1 bath and 1 bedroom / 2 bath units.

Elements of the units include nine-foot ceilings throughout, spacious balconies, grand terraces, Italian marble floors, designer cabinets, granite and onyx countertops and views of the emerald waters at every turn. This resort contains the finest of present day luxuries and amenities. Beginning on the Grande Vista Level, a multi-level pool deck features a spacious, beach entry outdoor pool, heated/cooled indoor pool, childrens play area, and multiple bars and hot tubs. Up one floor and overlooking the pool deck is a spa featuring 9 treatment rooms, whirlpool, sauna and steam room. Adjacent to the spa, is a world-class fitness center.

The lobby features solid hardwood floors in a combination of cherry, maple, and American walnut, 22-foot ceilings, custom made chandeliers, oil paintings, and a handcrafted 15-foot brass compass inlaid in the entryway floor. The Conference Center, a 2,000 square-foot facility can accommodate 50 to 500 people. A state-of-the-art business center features high-speed wireless internet connections, computer, copy and fax services 24-hours a day. On-site restaurants and entertainment venues will include a Commanders Palace scheduled to open July 2008.
