This two-story bank branch is located on the corner of Second Street and Davis Avenue. The first floor consists of 2,899 square feet of bank space and the 2,899 square feet on the second floor was left open for future lease space. The interior and exterior walls are concrete masonry units with a stucco finish. Exterior windows have operable shutters eliminating the need for impact resistant glass. HVAC equipment and backup generator were mounted on the roof, behind the parapet wall, for aesthetics and protection from hurricane winds and storm surge.
