Under this Design-Build Contract, RAC built nine buildings, 5 parking lots, one box culvert, renovated two buildings and demolished 38 buildings.

• Builder’s Applied Instruction—a 68,970 sf building with classrooms and laboratories
• Steelworker’s Training—a 51,580 sf classroom and laboratory building.
• Disaster Recovery Training—Consist of 4 buildings: a 14,332 sf administrative building, a 3,351 sf gear storage building, a 3,694 sf training tower and a 1,024 sf confidence chamber
• Consolidated Professional Development Center—an addition of 12,111 sf and the renovation of a 13,077 sf building which contains offices and classrooms.
• Auto Vehicle Training Shop—a 2,640 sf addition
